Really torn on this review. Pedicure and face massage were fantastic, a real credit to the salon. But I made the unfortunate error to book at the same time as a fringe trim. Truly shocking result - don’t know if I’ve ever seen so bad. Stylist just lopped away with no care or effort and made no real attempt to fix - appreciate the hair was oily after a face massage, but it couldn’t be clearer that the stylist just did not care. She just shrugged and said it was too oily when I asked to fix.

Nice treat and no complaints about my chosen treatments. Prachi was very sweet and did so well being my nails are very short at present. The only thing I wonder is why they no longer play background music quietly. Not an issue necessarily but it wasn’t busy and some music would have been nice!
