Ouch! Ravina is nice and did a nice job with the polish but WOW did she do a number on my cuticles. I was bleeding from a finger and toe and even the fingers that didn’t bleed are quite raw and painful hours later (for instance when I wash my hands or put weight on the toe). Never had this experience and I’ve been going to this place for years. Not interested in getting a mani or pedi that leaves me in pain for the rest of the evening.
