I’m usually happy with my mani here but I had a weird experience. I booked a French gel manicure in advance, when I arrived they said that the nail technician can’t do French and can only do gel polish. So I had to switch to that. My appointment also started 15mins late. None of the tools she used were sanitised and when she asked if I liked the shape, I asked politely to amend one nail’s shape, she got really annoyed with me and said I need glasses to see the shape. Weird.
