Booked this for my brother, management wasn’t great as there was only 2 staff so we had to wait an hour but the facial itself was great

The appointment was delayed by 30 mins due to non availability of therapist. The therapist was switched half way through treatment and the pedicure was mediocre at best.
I have been going to this spa for nearly seven years and it has really gone down hill, the best nail specialist has left and every time I go back i think it will be different. I wont be going back.
