The Indian head massage was below average, the atmosphere wasn't relaxing, the room was quite dirty. Massage lasted 20/25 min instead of 30. Won't come back.

I am so upset with my haircut. I am a regular client here, but so I am so disappointed with the quality of this treatment. I explained carefully what I wanted, but Fatima then cut random chunks cut out of my hair and completely ruined the shape. I will have to spend money to have this fixed at another salon, and wear it up as it will all have to be made shorter. This was a truly disappointing experience, I have never had such a bad haircut and I will not be returning.
