i was on this salon, and so happy with the spanish guy. he did it a perfect haircut and blow dry as well. quality
i had Brazilian blow dry treatment my hair looking very nice & shiny i m very happy with my hair i well be back thanks for all staff
i had the highlights done, i was really pleased with the job they have done, the staff was very polite and friendly, i have paid too much money before and did not get a better result then that, i really appreciated it.
i will be back soon again for such a good hair cut!!!
There's quite a lot to say after my highlights there the other day, and sadly very little of it is positive. I have never felt compelled to write negative reviews before and I'm not the fussiest of customers to try and put this in some context!
I was kept waiting 30mins past my appointment time without anyone saying sorry.
The girl before me had had huge strips of yellow put through her hair and was really unhappy- should have left at this point but I knew I'd never get my money back. I asked him to add more blonde on the underlayers to avoid him ruining my hair (as I've mostly had half head highlights on top).
I had the little guy with the bright Mohawk. He could not understand English well enough to understand I had paid for highlights and a lot of confusion ensued!
He just spread bleach over large chunks of hair- he had absolutely no idea what he was doing. He was not even sectioning my hair, let alone weaving in and out to pick out highlights like you would normally.
Then I was accused of showing no proof I had paid- they weren't even aware I had booked the appointment. Even after I showed them they went around the corner and were trying to decide if they should proceed!
At the point it really sunk in that I should leave, he was adding blobs of bleach randomly and not even symmetrically on both sides of my top layer of hair! I took photos in disbelief.
When I looked at reviews before my appointment I was swayed by them so I feel its important mine gets added.
I went to this salon for the full head of highlights, cut and blow dry offer. When I turned up I was slightly worried as it is a very small salon. However, the staff were lovely and it was a more homely and intimate place than the bigger salons. The stylist did exactly what I wanted with my hair. The colour is perfect - when I said 'natural' she listened as quite often I find stylists say they'll make it look natural then make it far too blonde. I'm really happy with the results and would highly recommend. I will definitely be going back.
