I went there for the Brazilian Blow Dry Keratin Treatment, and I was served by a lovely lady, as the usual hairdresser was unavailable. She was very fast, efficient, and the products she used worked a delight. I was extremely happy with the result, after I washed my hair. I was also happy with the owner of the salon, as he was very organised and he escorted me to the nice lady. I highly recommend this salon to everyone.

I went there last week for the Brazilian Blow Dry Keratin Treatment. First of all they called me to change my appointment date. It was for Thursday and they moved it to Friday. When I arrived there on Friday the owner was surprised and very embarrassed as he forgot completely about it. So, he called for the hairdresser to come to do my hair. (not reliable) I waited about 15 min and himself washed my hair. The ambient is not great as well, their main business is Men haircut, so they are not equipped properly for women. The hairdresser arrived and she seemed not experienced at all doing it. (apparently the other one Sara was sick). She didn't know how to comb my hair, how to start, how to proceed doing the treatment, she was quite lost and I was quite scary... (she is very friendly thou). They went for a room to get the product and prepare it.. (I asked which product was, they should me one that was in the same room I was and it looked ok, but the one they put on my hair was inside this other room). I was thinking about it, what kind of product, is it safe, sometimes it can be dangerous depending of the chemicals, etc... What I could see it was very diluted... she was not experienced doing it, so she took more than 3 hours to finish..She applied very well thou, taking thin layers ..they are not ready to do this treatment, they don't have proper equipments as clipper to separate the hair, even the adaptor for the straightener was difficult to find, the combs don't look hygienic..etc.. I still didn't wash it, hope the result will be great. I wouldn't come back. I am just wondering why the reviews are very good.. DONT GO THERE!!!
