Haircut was good and staff are incredibly friendly.
However, I went in asking for trim and left with most of my hair cut off. The hairdresser was good but very forward in what they thought was best for my hair, which led me to having a haircut I wasn't entirely sure I wanted.
Make sure you have a solid idea of what you want/don't want - just to make sure there are no miscommunications.
However, value for money is great and it only took 35 minutes of my day. Also, everyone I know loves my haircut so that's clearly a good sign!
