After getting my roots done here, I now realize what good hair looks like. I don't know how Sarah managed to match the color of my roots to the rest of my hair so perfectly, especially since she had not done my hair before. She is a miracle worker. Therefore I would very much recommend going here to color your hair, Sarah really knows what she is doing!
I went to change my hair color. This was the only place that managed to turn my dark hair into exactly the lighter color that I wanted. And trust me I have been to many places! Sara was AMAZING! I really hope that she never moves because I am a customer for life now.
I would normally never walk into this salon if I went by appearances. It is by no means fancy... very basic. Don't expect it to be spotless clean, don't expect sterilized hair brushes and expensive hair products etc.
Very friendly staff. However, few things concerned me.
When Sara was shampooing my hair I asked her which shampoo she was using... She said it was a special shampoo for Keratin treatment but didn't provide a name. In fact she got a little defensive and said "why do you ask?". Well I think I should know what products are being applied to my hair!
When she was applying the keratin treatment solution I asked which brand of product it was... Again she got noticeably defensive. She said that it's a special product from Zurich and they don't save the packaging.... and several customers have used it and are happy and she has used it too. Given that there can be products in the market with dangerous levels of chemicals I was not comforted by her response.
That said, she gave me a good haircut and the keratin treatment had good results. But I think if they are confident of their products they should not be so secretive.
The stylist was very sweet and attentive. He came and met me as soon as I walked in and asked me what I would like to get done. He was very efficient and friendly, talking me through everything he was doing and answering all my questions. I walked out of there feeling amazing and got loads of compliments after. For the price and efficiency I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Cant say anything negative..Sara was lovely and did a great job with my hair..even my husband noticed I had my hair done :)
