Bibi was amazing - the salon was lovely - staff welcoming - my hubby ended up having his hair whilst he was waiting for me! He was very pleased with his new style.

Hello,
I came my first time in your shop one month ago to try the keratin treatment and I was pleased and very happy with Eveline and my purchase
after my positive experience I decided to book
Roots Colour with Quick Dry 1 £31.60 £31.60
With Biba, all I asked is to match my roots with my hair color.
She didn't even consult me she decided the color and after done the job I looked into mirror I just wanted to cry
I'm upset and not happy at all.
Before do something they supposed to check with the customers, also once she finished she did not even finish to blow dry my hair, I left the shop with wet hair and very angry
You lose a customer and I will never send one of my friends ever in that shop and I really would like my money back
Even I paid online you supposed to treat all the customers in the same and professional way
Please next time provide a full training to your employee or at least ask for a model so she would not decide what she want
this is unacceptable
Once again I would like a refund for my time and my hair
Now I have to go with this shit color at least 2 weeks before color again, instead she wanted to do another color straight away, who cares is not your hair isn't it?

Wonderful wash, haircut, and blow dry at a decent price. Would definitely recommended coming here for any of those services! Although it might be odd that it is in a barber shop, but the ladies section is a bit sectioned off from the mens so you don't even notice it. Overall, great place for a simple cut!
