I had a Brazilian hair straightening treatment, the staff very friendly and helpful however once arrived for my appointment I have noticed that Biba have to wear a mask covering her nose and mouth to do the job...she advised that it can irritate even your eyes but she had no other option....for the next hour or so it was that most uncomfortable experience EVER!!! I started to have a terrible reaction to it and not only myself also clients close to me...the chemical they are using is really bad! irritates your eyes, couldn't breathe properly and could even feel it at the back of my mouth..couldn't finish the treatment and had long breaks between...at one point I just wanted to leave and asked money however Biba convinced me to finish the treatment and make it comfortable to me allowing to sit next to a open window in the kitchen! and do it with breaks in between...the spot they use at the salon to do this treatments goes against Health and Safety...that needs to be checked in! It is a very small corner with not windows near by....I would NOT recommend this salon for that...the owner doesn't seemed to care...definitely NOT going back there....

I finally found a hairdresser where i will be coming back all the time. Biba was amazing, she fixed my very badly highlighted hairs and gave me lots of advice how to take care of them. When i sat down i already knew it will be good, because as soon as she started to check my hairs you could tell this lady knows what shes talking about. Result was great and she advised me what we will be doing next time to improve my hairs even better. Definitely recommend.
