The overall experience was great; the people are nice, welcoming and helpful. Biba is amazing! She is really friendly and she gives great advice based on the hair type. She perfectly understood what I needed and my preferences in terms of colour and haircut. I love my new colour and the cut too. I highly recommend this salon!

Ladies' Brazilian Blow Dry
In general everything was OK. Really nice people, and I was very happy with the result of my treatment, but the product drop in my shirt and really spoiled it, that is my principal dislike, the rest was really nice and absolutely worth the price.
Balayage
Evelina was amazing! Love my colour - deep brown - and love my cut even more. Evelina was just chatty enough which was great considering I had a big night the night before hand!
