Biba is a fantastic professional! She is friendly, interested, and interesting :) I only loosely told her what I wanted, and she just seemed to rather intuitively know what would be best. The haircut turned out fantastic, and I will DEFINITELY be going back to her next time I need a cut!

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The hairdresser introduced herself which was a nice touch. I wish the consultation could have been before I went for my hair wash. The cut was good - there were a few bits later I noticed were uneven, but all in all good value.
