This was a return visit as I was really happy with my hair last time. My wishes were taken on board and it was an efficient and very satisfying experience, so I can recommend their service and will return myself!

The guy was lovely and the threading was done brilliantly, the only negative point is that I was booked in at 9am and was stood outside until 9.10am waiting for the shop to open.

Hi, i was really pleased with my hair cut, however i was surprised when i got there when the lady had said i only paid for a dry cut. Because i was sure i selected 'wash, cut and blow dry' so, i got out my phone and it said 'wash cut and blow dry' but in smaller print next to it, it said dry cut. I hadnt seen this before, and i was annoyed that the text is laid out this way on the website as it is misleading, i paid the extra £9 for the wash and blow dry. But i think it would be better in the future for it to actually say it more clearly.
