Sophie was friendly and polite. She started my haircut immediately despite my arriving a bit early. She gave good suggestions about using hair masks to repair my hair which is damaged from scrunchies.

Got there about 15 minutes early and was said my appointment was at 12 and asked to wait I said no problem, 12pm rolled around and the lady started doing someone’s eyebrows for about 10/15 mins, when I got the wax done was ok quick and thorough
