Have been to the salon before and returned due to the past positive experience.
I had a different stylist this time but wasn't worried as the last stylist had been great.
However, whilst she was friendly she only spent about 5 minutes (if even) cutting my hair and I was seriously wondering if she had managed to get all my hair in that time. However, I trusted her as I had only asked for a quick trim of the ends.
Imagine my shock when I get home and look closer at my newly cut hair to see that I a) still had some split ends and what's worse b) my hair was different lenghts!!!!!!! The left side is probably about an inch shorter than the right!! I was absolutely distraught. I am growing my hair out and am an actress so this is a very big issue for me.
Whilst I will be happy to return to the salon for the original stylist Evelina I would never return to this one.

When I first walked in, I was a bit taken aback - it was a barber shop filled with men far more fashionable than me. I said I had an appointment, and was ushered out the back to a very professional lady, who talked me through her plan, then asked what I wanted doing to my hair. It felt very personalised and friendly throughout. All the staff were hugely professional, and I'm very satisfied with my new haircut and neatened brow. Convenient location too!

Not glamorous but that was not the issue. They did not listen to what I wanted and I left with lighter roots than the rest of my hair (making it look like I had done it myself). Had to go elsewhere to fix it.
