Evelina was amazing, she exactly what she was doing with my balayage and it looks amazing. She was really warm and friendly as were all of the other staff. The only downfall was that the toner for the balayage costs an extra £15, they should really just include that in the price. Otherwise everything was perfect and I will 100% come back for all future hair needs.

This was nice and cheap plus open on a Sunday morning which I found very helpful.The lady was very sweet but when I got home I noticed my cut wasn't that great a few uneven bits.

I have a receipt that said I had paid for a haircut and blowdry. They seemed annoyed and told me that I must'vemade a mistake with the booking and wouldn't honour what was on my receipt (I showed them!). Instead of a blowdry, I only received a basic haircut-took less than 30min. Then I was told to sort out the problem with Treatwell. I came for an easy experience and was greeted with stress. No customer service skills at all. Won't be going back.
