The guy shaved the sides of my head like he was shearing a sheep. Unnecessarily rough and extremely rushed! Plus the fade he gave me wasn't a fade. He also left a patch in the back of my head and tried telling me it was just my skin. They must think I'm stupid

Biba was amazing. Best colour I ever had. She explained everything as she went along. Good head massage, offered drinks, took her time. My hair never looked so good. Would highly recommend have found my new hairdresser.
