Biba was so warm and helpful in telling me what would suit my face and my hair. I initially wanted a fringe, but let me know that a side fringe would work better. Honestly, it's the best haircut I have had in years and I keep getting compliments about my new hair. I love what she did and will definitely be going back regularly. Don't doubt it, this is the best value hairservice in London and Biba is an amazing hairdresser.

At first the lady seemed friendly and interested. Unfortunately, it turns out that she chose completely different colours than I had wanted. It seemed that she really had no expertise.
Don't do blond highlights! You might end up with a zebra look of white and brown all over the place.
I was very disappointed how unprofessionally they reacted to my dissatisfaction! Definitively will never go again!
