Went here for my first ever haircut, and i showed Biba 2 pictures for my desired length and style. She relaxed me for my nerves and aided me on what she thought would suit me. She cut my hair exactly how i wanted and even gave me advice after. Would 10000% come here for my next one! Thank you Biba ❤️

Sara was very nice and did a nice job with my haircut. The cut was a very good value for the money, however I paid 38 pounds for a special conditioning treatment and what she was going to do was put a conditioner on my hair that looked like something I could just buy at the store. I explained how much i had paid and i was expecting a treatment, not just conditioner in my hair. She brought something else out and put it on for 20 minutes which I guess was fine. But I didn't notice any difference after the treatment and would not have paid that much for such a treatment had I known. I wish I had the option to decide if I wanted it at the store and not ahead of time. I had already paid on Treatwell so I felt I had no option to decline once I got there and saw what it entailed. The other issue was the brushes were not sanitized between customers. I watched her pull someone else's hair out of a brush before she used it on me, so that was a little unsettling. But the positives were she did a great job on the cut itself and that part was a fair price for a good job.
