I've never wanted to cry at the hairdressers until now. I didn't realise it was possible that have such a bad cut when you have straight hair and ask for a trim with some long layers. The hairdresser took off 3" more than I asked and cut a really weird step instead of layers that just larrived Ines AWFUL. She absolutely did not care when it was clear I was upset by the cut. On the upside, the hairdresser I went to to fix the mess found the cut I received pretty amusing...
