Whole operation was pretty slapdash -- I'm still not sure who cut my hair, but it wasn't the person I'd booked. Haircut isn't an out-and-out disaster, but it is definitely unflattering (it looked a lot better when I walked in). I don't think the stylist took my hair texture or face shape into consideration at all. Thankfully, hair grows!

I had Sara as my stylist and she did a great job on my hair. She made time to cut my split ends and gave me tips on how to do it myself. Definitely coming back.

I am so happy with my hair. Cristina was so helpful and I could tell she knew what she was doing (since I have had experiences with inexperienced hairdressers before) I would definitely go back
