My haircut wasn't as good as it usually is at this place. Also when asked what type blowdry I wanted I specified wavy, but walked out with completely straight hair.

Cristina is warm, friendly and informative. I told her what I wanted, but didn't like the end result (through my own fault) and asked her to adjust, which she did and was patient with me. I came out with a really great cut which Im super happy with.

I went for the first time and got a haircut from Cristina. She's been really helpful with her tips,had a soft touch on my hair from beginning to the end (usually when they brush your hair you feel like your brain will come off as well) and she was well experienced.
