I loved the convenience and speed of booking the appointment. The actual haircut could have been substantially better. The hair stylist only took 15 minutes on my hair, which was half the time alloted for my appointment. In addition, when I left the salon, I noticed that there were several uneven segments in my hair, which I re-cut myself. Even two days later, I'm still discovering uneven segments.
