Biba is brilliant! So lovely and really listened to what I wanted, giving good advice about my hair too (I know- I need to stop brushing it when it’s wet!). The balayage was fab- exactly what I wanted. I’ll be coming back :)

The haircut was really nice however I paid for the wet cut but the hairdresser recommended dry which was cheaper but I wasn't offered any money back. The haircut is definitely recommended.
