Unfortunately Sara the lady that used to cut my hair had retired. Therefore a different lady did my hair she seemed too confident and thought she knew how to style my hair but I was not happy with the end result and unfortunately I won't be going back there.

I had badly damaged hair that needed a new cut and some styling. My appointment with Biba went very well - she was friendly, non-judgemental, helpful and very approachable. She made the whole process engaging and attended to me with care. Will definitely recommend her and plan on visiting her again.
