I have been few time in this salon from December 2017.
Cristina and Biba was helping me out.
Cristina is very professional and carrying and she puts a lot attention on her job.
1st time I booked appointment with Cristina just for the hair roots color and my hair color came out great.
2nd time Biba was looking after me I wanted with Cristina but I wasn't careful when I booked the appointment I need to choose the person.... but anyway I thought it is Ok they working there both must to be professional and before she did my eyebrow and I was very pleased with that...but 2nd time something happend I don't know as soon she puted the color on my head I startead to feel very itchy my head and burning...I started to complain because 20 years since I go to salons for hair color that feeling not happend before...Biba gave me a small brush to scratch my head a bit to cool me down from the itchiness....later I found out she is using different product Cristina using another product and that could be the problem...but also the color came out like with 3 shades lighter....almost I have got shocked but Cristina after washing my hair and saw quickly realised what is happening and used her product and somehow my hair was fixed...but when I arrived home and next day looking in the light my hair looked more dark and in patches some place bright some place dark...I didn't put to much attention I said for myself after few washing will go...and yes after few weeks get ok.
3rd time when I went Cristina was doing my hair and an big event was waiting me my 20 years school meeting and I was really prepared to go there with a nice hair.
Unfortunately my hair was one of the worst condition very strongly with black patches I wanted to be match as a medium brown....
I dont know because previously was my hair color mixed up and now the reaction was really bad for this product mix..but something went really wrong...
Unfortunately I couldn't go back to be fixed and I flew home with this hair..thanks for the ombre fashion style looked like I wanted black on the top and light on the end...
Anyway I kept in touch with Cristina and she offered she is going to fix my hair color...in July I went back and She really tried her very best working more than 5h on my hair to be fixed.
I felt really sorry because I don't know stil is my hair or the product or what is the problem but Cristina made finally the color what I really wanted. She was working alone in the Salon and really was doing her very best even not eating the whole day because was very busy the salon...
I am very thankful for her, for her care and for her very hard work.
I think is my hair reaction to the product caused this problem and I found a great easy solution and more cheaper way doing my hear roots by myself without a lot hassle. I won't use the servise from the salon but I wish all the best to them and thank you so much again for their service and care.

booked last minute appointment with biba, i felt very comfortable with her as she is super nice and lovely. In addition i am so happy with her work because she knows exactly what i want even tho i only went there once before ....
would recommend her to everybody !

Quick and painless. Would have been five stars but I noticed several stray hairs that had been missed when I got home.
