Biba did an excellent job and really took the time to listen to what I wanted.
It’s one of the only hairdresser I trust with my hair. She changed my hairstyle while sticking to my taste and style.
I think she is talented, caring and attentive to details.
Overall it’s a really good value.
I would recommend and will go back.
(She did a colour on my roots and a balayage. The result is a golden blonde - that looks very natural and pretty)

The staff were great and it was very clean, but unfortunately I'm just not that happy with my haircut. The shape of it isn't what I wanted and I'm going to get it re-cut somewhere else. I do understand that it's all subjective, so I wouldn't write this salon off totally as the staff were lovely. I asked for a textured bob but it's ended looking really blunt and heavy. Maybe it was a miscommunication, but I personally wouldn't go back after this result.
