Biba was so lovely, she asked me exactly what I wanted and asked if I had sensitive skin before shampooing and also asked where I wanted my conditioner.. I’ve never been asked either of those things and it really makes all the difference. The haircut and blow dry itself: amazing. Would definitely come back again!
