When I booked this haircut I specifically requested Biba as I have had her before and I loved the cut. When I showed up I was given a different hair dresser and I was too shy to demand to have Biba. The lady was nice but did not understand the shape I wanted. Eventually Biba had to take over when I spoke up that I wasn't entirely happy. If someone requests a certain hair dresser you MUST give them who they ask for. My hair cut is ok but it isn't as nice as last time...

I had booked to get a T-section highlights, but when I explained to Biba exactly what I wanted she personalised the treatment, and basically gave me a t-section balayage to achieve the look I wanted. She totally nailed it!

Another great haircut from Biba. She was really accommodating and worked around a colleague when I booked in for nails at the last moment. She is so kind and always checked I was happy. Will be back!

Good haircut, exactly what I wanted. I only had a trim so fairly simple but Biba gave me advice on why my hair was breaking and what to do differently which I really appreciated and made me feel like I'd got more from my experience.
