Booked a haircut for the day before lockdown and because of that the salon was super busy. I was asked to wait because there were some delays with the appointments, but Elena was working very hard to provide everyone with the best service possible given the hectic circumstances. She didn't compromise on the quality of her service and she was super friendly and attentive. It was worth the wait which didn't mind anyways, because we all need to be more patient and understanding in these times.
