Honestly, hands down the best wax I’ve ever had. I’ve had such bad experiences in the past so I was so nervous to go. Kareema was amazing, she had so much skill and patience and was so accommodating. Thank you so much I never thought I could enjoy a wax.

The therapist was quite rough through out treatment, then she got interrupted during the treatment and had to got, there was no extra time added for this. The place was quite noisy. There was no back and shoulder massage during the treatment which was in the description. Then when I was getting dressed the therapist didn’t step out out of treatment room and on top of that someone else tried to walk in the room as I was getting dressed.
