I attended the salon at the appointment time and it was closed! I paid for the service prior to the appointment so am still out of pocket.I have not heard back from the salon via email and am unable to get through via the phone. Treatwell have not yet responded to 2 emails from me requesting a refund!

I arrived slightly earlier to my appointment, but that was no problem at all. The lady who cut my hair was lovely: friendly, funny and very professional. She looked after me and went above and beyond to keep me happy. Overall, a lovely experience at a very affordable price. Recommended!

I had eyebrow threading with Pari a couple of weeks ago. I was a bit doubtful at first because I was new to this place, and she did things a bit differently to previous beauticians I have had...but the end result was brilliant. It takes quite a lot for me to trust someone with my eyebrows, because I’ve had them butchered in the past...but she’s very skilled and I’d 100% go back to her.

Zohra was lovely and paid a lot of attention to my nails which were not in a great condition after a gel manicure at a different venue. She managed to make them look impeccable and they are stronger than ever. Will definitely go back
