The therapist was quite rough through out treatment, then she got interrupted during the treatment and had to got, there was no extra time added for this. The place was quite noisy. There was no back and shoulder massage during the treatment which was in the description. Then when I was getting dressed the therapist didn’t step out out of treatment room and on top of that someone else tried to walk in the room as I was getting dressed.

Karema and her colleagues were so nice — they stayed 20 minutes after closing time to complete an extra treatment of eyebrows for a special occasion. Karema did plenty of extra coats of nail polish to get the desired colour and protection too. We bonded over boy talk too, friendly conversation! I’ll be glad to come back again soon :) Jade
