So this was a microdermabrasion appointment for the tool was used for less than a minute on one part of my face only. She then used a scraping tool for the rest without telling me why, as this isn't what I paid for.

Zara wasn’t available but the person i had- didn’t catch his name, SMASHED IT. listened to exactly what i wanted, made my hair beautiful colour and took off the bare minimum of my length just like i asked. he was so good and i’m 10000% going back. all i would say is toner isn’t included and was an extra £25 and haircut was £20 so i ended up spending £100 overall but worth it!
