Penny was lovely and made me feel very comfortable. My nails aren't in great condition so the manicure took a while but Penny didn't rush it and got a great finish. I would recommend her.

Loved how easy it was to book, even for the coming Saturday. The facial itself was brilliant and my skin looked great afterwards. I felt very well looked after, loved the Liz Earle products used (especially their smell!) and Penny was absolutely wonderful.
