I had a disappointing experience previously which resulted in the owner Ruthie ringing me and apologising and offered me a free acrylic nail extensions this was done by Jade who is a lovely lady and chatty and put me at ease as did Ruthie. The nails are beautiful and the whole experience was amazing I can't fault the attention to put things right and I will be going back to the salon. Thank you ladies

Yesterday I had my nails done at the above salon. I booked nail extensions full gel set. I'd never been there before I can't fault the young girl doing my nails the lady I'd booked in with when I got there was fully booked and the young girl doing my nails doesn't do extensions. So i just had my nails painted with Gel polish I didn't feel comfortable to debate this I was expecting nail extensions I was charged £34 for polish and manicure which I think wrong. I was unsure how to explain I thought I was getting extensions so paid and left. I'm not happy and won't be attending there again
