Although Florence seems like a great person, I left very unhappy with the service. Firstly it wasn't a sugar wax! And can I even call it a wax, as I left the salon with plenty of hair on my yoni. Due to the "hair not being long enough" but I would have preferred to be turned away from the start rather than waste time.

I was very disappointed to book this online and to arrive and be told that they had no idea about my booking and there services on Treatwell were not activated. I waited for around 30 minutes to see if i could be treated and so the overall experience was not relaxing and the treatment room was cold. The salon does not seem appropriate to be on Treatwell.

I didn’t go through with the treatments as the staff informed me there was a booking error and they weren’t able to serve me. Be that as it may, they were all very friendly and suggested an alternative in a salon nearby to make up for it so I will be back when they reopen.

the staff were lovely and they had just moved in so they were still in the process of setting up shop but I was quite disappointed with both services. there was no cuticle work done on my manicure and the center of my brows weren't waxed during my waxing
