I didn’t go through with the treatments as the staff informed me there was a booking error and they weren’t able to serve me. Be that as it may, they were all very friendly and suggested an alternative in a salon nearby to make up for it so I will be back when they reopen.
the staff were lovely and they had just moved in so they were still in the process of setting up shop but I was quite disappointed with both services. there was no cuticle work done on my manicure and the center of my brows weren't waxed during my waxing
No one was onsite to open the door for me at the day and time of the appointment. There was no phone number provided for me to call. The place is a flat in a council estate block; the flat from the outside did not look clean at all. I would not go back there. I am glad I didn't pay beforehand.
So this doesn't actually exist! Do not book!

No contact from Callabash so I went to the address listed to be told "not today" by a gentleman. I called, texted and emailed the contact details provided and still have heard nothing back. Extremely disappointed - a complete waste of time. I'm just glad I hadn't paid in advance!
