Not the Friendliest of staff- no self-introductions. Looked a bit annoyed I was there.
Trolley containing wax and treatments was dirty. No towel provided, dirty one hanging on hook.
Very quick wax but very painful compared to previous waxes. Lots of hairs left behind.

I paid £45 to have the spa manicure/spa pedicure combo but they insisted for £45 I could only have Spa pedicure. As a "favor" they gave me a shellac manicure and pedicure but not spa- this meant shellac colour without filing or shaping the nails at all, both took under 45' in total. Not very clean and quite rude stuff. After I left they came after me in the mall because they realised the new service they provided cost £1 more! Would not be going back
