Probably the worst hollywood wax I've ever had. It was so painful, even with the lycon waxed used. This wasn't my first wax and I have never had one that painful before. The therapist seemed like she didn't know what she was doing, and I was left covered in little brown bits of wax that hadn't been pulled off properly. There was also no aftercare, no oil or gel or anything rubbed onto my very sore skin. Also very weird technique of using the stick to rip up the corners of the wax for pulling - never encountered that before and this also was very painful.
Ladies' Waxing
I went for the noveau full set, Sammy applies them really well, me and her had convos nlots of laughs which made it more interesting and less boring in the beginning especially as by my second half, (1:30-2hr application) i was very tired n went to sleep whilst she still worked on me! Customer service is swift and i really like the outcome of the lashes they look extremely natural and the length ( 9 and 11) are perfect. Keepers!

Ambience was lovely. Massage was good but definitely not the best I've ever had. The place was very clean, but as its in a mall it was soetomes noisy.
