This was my birthday gift for my dad, he was quite nervous to go to a beauty salon but the staff made him feel very welcome and he really enjoyed his pedicure.

The salon was a little noisy as it is in a busy shopping centre. The lady who threaded my eyebrows and upper lip was very quick and efficient, and I was very pleased with the outcome. It was my first time having threading done, so a quick explanation of the treatment and what I needed to do before starting would have been helpful before starting, but overall I was pleased and will go back for threading.

The staff are pleasant enough but do not interact with the customers particularly well. You don't always need to make an appointment depending on what you wish to have. The staff are very good but the atmosphere isn't great. I would go back so hopefully they will become a little more customer friendly!
