The worst experience I have had for over 7 years of waxing and various cosmetic procedures.
The space is extremely dirty, the staff insist to put the fan on. The fan has dust for over a year!!
The member of staff didn't do the job it was paid for because she said "is too hot and you are sweating", I have taken photos and reported to numerous instances.
These type of places should be closed before someone gets infection!!!!

Overall very good and very good price for lycon wax. I wished the beautician spoke to me a bit more. After i had my eyebrows waxed and she didn't tidy them with tweezers or even a little bit of threading. I had to go home and tidy them up myself.

The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and quiet. It would be a nice touch to offer clients a glass of water. My manicure isn't to the best standard, I had shellac which can last me up to 3 weeks but one of my nails has chipped after one day and the finish is not as even as I would like.

The place it is really nice, and also the staff, however the treatments weren’t clear enough so I ended paying more to achieved what I wanted. They were also speaking in their own language while serving, which I usually don’t mind but not when they are serving you.
