Eyebrow were tiniting nicely but probably not best to tell the client they need other treatments, as can make them feel self conscious.
Nice manicure but maybe a radio or some back ground noise would have made the atmosphere better.

I vent to calista saloon on 13th March for eye lashes. Staff was very nice and polite. It was very quick less than 1 hour with my another saloon it takes 1.30min. Anyway when I left place all look fine. But after couple of hours my eye lashes start falling off one by one. Next day I had 10 eye lashes each eye. I was very upset. When I came there straight next day they offer me in fillings but I refused as didn't see the point. They didn't give me my £50 back in had to send email to info@calista-beauty.com but still didn't get any response. It was my worse beauty saloon experience! Now I look horrible and it's embarrassing walk like that on the street. In fact ladies be careful when you going there for nails. If there is something wrong you will be in same situation as I'm now. Waiting for your money back!!!!
