I’ve been visiting this salon for a while with no issues, but standards have slipped and I won’t be going back! It used to feel like a nice salon experience but now therapists are rushing through customers, resulting in damaged cuticles, partly dried shellac and rushed paint jobs. During my last visit (Saturday) the therapist was impatient, the language barrier meant I did not get what I asked for, and overall i was made to feel like an inconvenience.
