Disappointed. I visited California Nails a few weeks ago for first time & had excellent experience, however on this visit I did not. The manicurist left polish on my toes, was very rough & digging her nails in when doing my hands, didn't moisturise my hands or put oil on after, meaning I came out with rough looking fingers. I would return, but I'd specify who I'd like as quality mixed.

The nails themselves were good but they were running 20 minutes late (I didn't say anything because I wasn't in a rush and pretty happy chilling on my phone) but then they were really rude when I was having the treatment. The woman doing my nails would stop every couple minutes to text or make a phone call. Then her and another staff member proceeded to make fun of me until I was in tears. I've never done a poor review because I feel too bad but I really don't want anyone else experiencing this
