Definitely the knot ninja of Glasgow ✨
Booked in for a sports massage after feeling a knot starting at my lower back. On the days leading up to my massage it got worse and worse to the point my hip & knee kept spasming and I was struggling to walk on it. I was tempted to cancel and just book a doctors appointment but as this was Friday, I knew it was worth a shot before calling the doctor Monday.
And I am so glad I went!! Janie was incredible & did not stop until my knot was out.
