Didn’t realise how bad my back had gotten until I went. I honestly feel like a new man now! Day to day life is better and training at the gym feels great now. Caitlin was amazing and I honestly can’t wait to go again. Feels more like visiting a friend than going for treatment. Would highly recommend. Thanks again 😊

I always have a 5* massage with Caitlin and it’s always exactly what I need. Caitlin always knows exactly where the tension is and always asks me to update her on if I’m feeling any pain. I definitely always come away from the massage feeling relaxed and loose. I would never not recommend Caitlin!
