My 2nd time at Cabell and Rhiannan again was fantastic. Even remembered me from almost a year ago. All of the tea were in PPE and I felt very comfortable with the whole experience. So happy with my cut my hair feels amazing and exactly as I wanted. I will be back soon for my colour ❤️
