Awful! I have been coming to this place since it opened. I have paid online and booked in and got the same things consistently! Only to come in today and they’ve charged me an extra £40 on top of the £60 I already paid for what I had done!!
Tired saying it’s not right on the website etc when I’ve been doing this since they opened and never had this problem with them. From a regular customer I am speechless. Would never be returning here again! Shocking!!
