Waited almost 30 minutes despite having an appointment. Passed around nail techs for over an hour on my lunch break and made to wait as they served other customers coming through the door. Eventually left as didn’t have 2 hours to spare for a set, acrylics had only been removed at that point. I went to another nail bar in the end.
