Booked in for BIAB at £59, the most I've ever paid. The technician kept telling me to relax my fingers and said she couldn't do my nails otherwise. I explained they're naturally stiff and not something I can control, but the comments continued and she became short with me. I've used many salons over the years and have never been made to feel like a difficult customer. At these prices I'd expect more skill and more empathy. What should have been a treat left me fed up & upset. Won't be returning

My nails are lovely and I cannot fault how nice the ladies in the salon were - low score due to waiting 40 mins after booked time to start and then being in the shop for a total of nearly 4 hours for a pedicure and infills - I don't know if it was just a very busy day but there was a lot of stopping and starting.
